Airport Arrival and Transportation
Welcome to Riyadh
All conference delegates will arrive at King Khalid International Airport (RUH), located approximately 35–45 minutes from the official IAP 2026 hotels in Riyadh's Diplomatic Quarter.

IAP 2026 Welcome Desk
To ensure a smooth arrival experience, a dedicated IAP 2026 Welcome Desk will be available at Terminal 5.
Our professional Guest Relations team will:
- Welcome you upon arrival.
- Assist with directions and general airport guidance.
- Confirm your transportation arrangements.
- Escort you to your designated transfer vehicle.
The Welcome Desk will operate throughout the main conference arrival and departure periods.
Complimentary Airport Transfers
Complimentary airport transfers are provided exclusively for delegates staying at the official IAP 2026 conference hotels.
Arriving at Terminal 5
After collecting your luggage, simply proceed to the IAP 2026 Welcome Desk, where our team will direct you to your transfer vehicle.
Arriving at Terminals 3 or 4
If your international flight arrives at Terminal 3 or Terminal 4, please use the free airport shuttle bus to travel to Terminal 5.
Upon arriving at Terminal 5, visit the IAP 2026 Welcome Desk, where our team will assist you with your onward transfer to your hotel.
Before You Travel
To ensure your airport transfer is ready upon arrival, please provide your arrival flight details during the conference registration process.
Incomplete or missing flight information may delay your transfer arrangements. If you need to provide flight details after registration, or amend your flight details, please email IAP2026@PP.GOV.SA.
Departure Transfers
Complimentary return transfers from the official conference hotels to King Khalid International Airport are also available.
To reserve your departure transfer, please contact the IAP 2026 Transport Desk at your hotel at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Staying at a Non-Official Hotel?
Delegates who have booked accommodation outside the official conference hotels are kindly requested to arrange their own transportation.

ENTRY VISA
To apply for your entry visa to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, please email the dedicated Visa Team at:
iap2026visa@pp.gov.sa
Please include the following information:
- Personal Information: Full name, nationality, date and place of birth, activity, organization, profession, employment status, religion, gender, mobile number and email address.
- Passport Information: Passport number, type, issue date, expiry date and place of issue.
- Required Attachment: A clear copy of your passport (photo page).
Important
- Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from your intended date of entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Please ensure all information provided matches your passport exactly.
- If additional information is required, the dedicated Visa Team will contact you directly.
We recommend submitting your visa request as early as possible to allow sufficient time for processing.
Letter of Invitation
On request, the Local Organizing Committee will send a letter of invitation to participants to assist them in obtaining visas. The Letter of Invitation does not guarantee the granting of a visa, the provision of any financial or other support or reservation of a seat at the conference.
