To ensure a smooth arrival experience, a dedicated IAP 2026 Welcome Desk will be available at Terminal 5.

The Welcome Desk will operate throughout the main conference arrival and departure periods.
Complimentary airport transfers are provided exclusively for delegates staying at the official IAP 2026 conference hotels.
After collecting your luggage, simply proceed to the IAP 2026 Welcome Desk, where our team will direct you to your transfer vehicle.
If your international flight arrives at Terminal 3 or Terminal 4, please use the free airport shuttle bus to travel to Terminal 5.
Upon arriving at Terminal 5, visit the IAP 2026 Welcome Desk, where our team will assist you with your onward transfer to your hotel.
To ensure your airport transfer is ready upon arrival, please provide your arrival flight details during the conference registration process.
Incomplete or missing flight information may delay your transfer arrangements.
Complimentary return transfers from the official conference hotels to King Khalid International Airport are also available.
To reserve your departure transfer, please contact the IAP 2026 Transport Desk at your hotel at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Delegates who have booked accommodation outside the official conference hotels are kindly requested to arrange their own transportation.

Saudi eVisa Application Process
Applicants for conference are required to complete the online eVisa application by providing the following information:
Once the application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the relevant authorities. Upon approval, the applicant will receive a notification confirming that the eVisa has been issued.
After approval, applicants may choose one of the following options:
Print the visa through the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in their country of residence; or
Download the eVisa electronically directly through the online platform after payment of administration fees.
On request, the Local Organising Committee will send a letter of invitation to participants to assist them in obtaining visas. The Letter of Invitation does not guarantee the granting of a visa, the provision of any financial or other support or reservation of a seat at the conference.
