Who can attend

Registration for the 31st IAP Annual Conference and General Meeting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is open to IAP honorary members, designated representatives of IAP organisational members, IAP individual members, speakers, observers, and guests invited by the IAP Executive Committee.

Partners Programme

Partners of registered participants are warmly welcome to take part in the Conference’s Social and Cultural Programme, subject to payment of the applicable fee.

Who is considered a partner?

For registration purposes, a partner refers exclusively to a spouse or a long-term life partner in a committed relationship.

Who is not eligible?

Other family members, including children, are not considered eligible accompanying persons under the IAP policy adopted in 2019.

This policy is intended to preserve the professional integrity of IAP events and ensure that all activities remain focused and conducive to meaningful professional engagement.

Limitation of Participants

Attendance is limited to 500 participants

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that the IAP reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel registrations from members who are not up to date with their membership fee payment.
  • Limit the number of delegates from a specific country, region, or organisation to ensure balanced regional representation.
  • Cancel registrations that are not followed by immediate payment within 14 days after submission.

Substitutions

If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra cost. Substitution requests can be made at any time up to 5th November 2026 (23:59 CET) by contacting the IAP Secretariat at pcm@iap-association.org.

Payment Terms

To ensure fairness and availability for all participants, registrations must be completed with payment within 14 days of submission. Unpaid registrations may be released.

In the Unlikely Event of Conference Changes

We are committed to delivering a successful event in Riyadh. However, if circumstances beyond our control require the conference to be cancelled or postponed, all registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

While refunds will be processed in full, any bank, transfer or currency conversion fees levied by financial institutions may affect the final amount received. Every effort will be made to minimise such charges.

Please note that we are unable to cover additional costs such as travel, accommodation, visas, or other expenses.
